Resuming play following a concussion is important to any athlete. Our concussion specialists will help you create an individualized progressive return to play plan. This customized guide will lead you through the accepted return to play standards to ensure a safe return to sport.
Cognitive rest is essential during the recovery of a concussion. Our concussion specialists will work with you and/or your child to implement appropriate school base instructional modifications. Similar to Return to Play, we use a step wise Zone concept to ease the student back into the classroom.

Fairfax Family Practice Comprehensive Concussion Center (FFPC3) provides a personalized, collaborative approach to treat and manage individuals following a mild traumatic brain injury.
